We want each homeowner who reaches Parkvistany Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, first take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Parkvistany Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

First, email contact@parkvistany.help. Next, include these details:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens Next

Then we reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to:

• Your state's consumer protection office or attorney general
• Your local Better Business Bureau
• Your state licensing board or local health department, for issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors
